There has always been (and I hope for me will always be)- a sense of love and warmth and sense of FAMILY around the holidays. Notorious for being a time when everyone gets together regardless of anything during the year, it almost forces people to remember how thankful they are that they have each other. I love the colors, lights and giving of the season- but that feeling of family ad love is what I like most.

Being with family and friends. It’s not the material things that you give or receive. It’s faces on kids when they see Santa come, it’s seeing a mother cry when her son/daughter come home from the Service. It’s the traditions and new memories that have been made or are being made.
